At ShapeRomano we pride ourselves in knowing that our Sellers offer an excellent array of products and services and excellent customer service to match.

For hygiene reasons, worn shapewear cannot be returned. However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will replace it or refund you.
Need help choosing your size? Contact us before ordering and we’ll help you pick the right fit.

We can offer one-time size exchange for unopened/unused items where legally and operationally possible.
