This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed on ShapeRomano, operated by TtoYou LLC.

By placing an order on ShapeRomano, you agree to the shipping terms described below.


1. Shipping Model

ShapeRomano operates as an online retail and dropshipping store. This means that some or all products sold on our website may be shipped directly by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, fulfillment partners, or logistics providers.

ShapeRomano does not physically store, pack, or ship all products directly. Instead, shipping may be handled by the applicable third-party supplier or fulfillment partner responsible for the product.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on several factors, including:

  • The product ordered
  • The supplier or fulfillment partner handling the item
  • The shipping destination
  • The shipping method available for that product
  • The rates provided by the supplier, shipping app, courier, or logistics provider

At checkout, customers will see the applicable shipping rate based on the shipping address entered and the shipping rates available for that product and destination.

ShapeRomano creates shipping zones and shipping rates in Shopify based on the information provided by third-party supplier apps, supplier platforms, or fulfillment partners, such as DSers or similar services.

We do our best to display accurate shipping rates, but shipping availability and costs may vary depending on the supplier, destination country, courier, or other external factors.


3. Shipping Zones and Availability

Shipping availability may vary by product and country.

Not all products may be available for delivery to every country, region, or address. If a supplier does not ship a particular product to your country or location, the product may not be available for checkout or we may contact you after the order is placed.

In some cases, an order may be cancelled and refunded if shipping is unavailable to the address provided.


4. Processing Time

Order processing time may vary depending on the third-party supplier or fulfillment partner.

Typical processing time is:

Processing time refers to the time required for the supplier or fulfillment partner to confirm, prepare, pack, and dispatch the order.

Processing time does not include transit time.

During peak seasons, holidays, promotional periods, supplier delays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the supplier, shipping destination, courier, customs clearance, and shipping method selected or available.

Typical estimated delivery time is:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be earlier or later depending on the supplier, courier, customs, local delivery services, or other factors outside our control.


6. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately.

This can happen when:

  • Products are supplied by different third-party suppliers
  • Products are stored in different warehouses
  • Different shipping methods are used
  • Some items are processed faster than others

As a result, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number for the same order.


7. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided once the supplier, courier, or fulfillment partner makes it available.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the order has been shipped.

If tracking is not immediately available, this does not necessarily mean the order has not been shipped. Some couriers or supplier shipping methods may have delayed tracking updates.


8. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges, brokerage fees, or other fees charged by the destination country.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

ShapeRomano is not responsible for customs delays, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by government authorities or local delivery providers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can be legally imported into their country.


9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

ShapeRomano is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Missing apartment, suite, or unit number
  • Incorrect postal code
  • Wrong phone number
  • Failure to accept delivery
  • Refusal to pay customs or import fees

We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted to the supplier or fulfillment partner.


10. Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages

Because shipping is handled by third-party suppliers, couriers, and fulfillment partners, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside ShapeRomano’s control.

These may include:

  • Supplier delays
  • Courier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping details
  • Local delivery issues
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • High seasonal order volume

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us. We will review the order and, where possible, coordinate with the supplier or courier to help resolve the issue.

Refunds, replacements, or reshipments for lost or undelivered packages will be handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.


11. Supplier or Courier Changes

The supplier or fulfillment partner may select the courier or shipping method used for your order.

ShapeRomano may not always be able to control or change the courier selected by the supplier.

Shipping methods, courier availability, and estimated delivery times may change based on the supplier’s shipping options and the destination address.


12. Shipping Rate Changes

Shipping rates may change at any time based on supplier rates, courier fees, destination country, fuel surcharges, customs handling, logistics provider updates, or changes made by third-party supplier apps.

The shipping rate shown at checkout at the time of purchase will apply to that order, unless there is a technical error, unavailable shipping method, or supplier-related issue that prevents fulfillment.

If a shipping issue arises after your order is placed, we may contact you to offer an alternative shipping option, modify the order, or issue a refund where appropriate.


13. Order Cancellation Due to Shipping Issues

ShapeRomano reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if:

  • The product cannot be shipped to the customer’s location
  • The supplier no longer ships to the selected destination
  • The shipping rate was incorrectly displayed due to a technical or supplier error
  • The supplier cannot fulfill the order
  • The address is invalid or undeliverable
  • Shipping restrictions apply to the product or destination

If this happens, we will notify you and issue a refund for the affected item or order.
